Yueh Yueh loves ice cream. Whenever the ice cream truck music slipes into her ears,
she would jump up ,wide open her big eyes and tell me "Nai Nai, ice cream truck is here."
One day I told her "Yueh Yueh, you will go to school soon,", "I don't want to go to school, I don't want to be a swimer, and I don't want to be a dancer." she answered.
"What you want to be?" I asked her. She said " I want driving a ice creame truck and selling ice creame, so I can eat lot."

Yueh Yueh is making onion soup

Since Ma Ma brought her a pink kitchen, she loves to cook like her father. now she wants real thing to do. Today she wants peel the onion and cut into small pieces to make onion soup.here is how she works with onion. good job Yueh Yueh!

The rainforest advanture pool

we find the manual air pump,so the new "rain Forest adventure pool" been pump up the air and little pool can be play , Yueh Yueh was sitting the the fancy pool, thanks for Uncle tom help. It was a lot job to push.
Later Uncle Chub help to pump the dragon, Yueh Yueh too excited to see this fake dragon,and she says the real one can blow the fire.

Goodbye and Take care

Today all the relatives from Taiwan, California, went back to their home.Thank you for coming, and we had good time.I love you all.hope see you soon!!

Question about the egg

this morning we were eatting the egg, Yueh Yueh asked me-"How the egg become a chicks? " "can boilling egg become a chicks?" "Can a refrigerator egg become a chicks?" cool! good question!!

Where is the Grandpa

Aug 9th ,Yueh Yueh asked her BaBa " Why Grandpa didn't come out from the box? He doesn't want to visit me? He doesn't want to play with me anymore?"
She used to play with a cardboard box as hiding place( She had a crazy box before), maybe she thought Grandpa was playing game with her. How much you can expect a three and half years old kid to know the meaning of death?

Memorial for Frank Monaco

There were 2 memorials - one on Thurs and one on Friday.(Aug 5th and 6th). On Friday, Kris gave a very touching speech about how Frank used fishing to teach valuable life lessons. Taps was played and honor guards were there to fold the flag, honor his service in US Army and provide condolence to the family. It was very touching, even though halfway through the ceremony, Yueh Yueh asked, "Will there be another show?" Yueh Yueh very gentlely touched the box said "good bye Grandpa, good bye GrandPa"

Yueh Yueh lost her Grandpa

I am so sorry we lost her grandpa on Aug 3.We still dnn't know how to tell her.
